1. Merchandise Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mango Mustache! We take pride in offering unique, on-demand merchandise produced through Printify. Because each item is custom-printed once ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. Please review the policy below for details on eligibility and process.
1.1. Eligible Issues

Damaged Items or Manufacturing Defects:
If your Mango Mustache merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as expected, you may be eligible for a free reprint or a refund.
• You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Submit your request via our “Submit Issue” form (link available at www.mangomustache.com/returns), and include a clear photograph showing the damage or defect. There is no need to return the damaged item.
• If the issue affects multiple items featuring the same design, please provide an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together. -
Unsuccessful Deliveries:
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you may opt for:-
A reprint of the order (additional shipping charge applies), or

A partial refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Please contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date to report an unsuccessful delivery.

1.2. Ineligible Issues

Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing the order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or no longer wanting the product). -
Minor Print Variations:
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) prints can exhibit up to 0.5" variation in print placement. These minor differences are not considered defects.
1.3. Refund Processing

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be credited to your Printify account balance. You may withdraw these funds to the original payment method.
• If your billing currency is not USD, refunds will return to the original payment source in your local currency, at the exchange rate applied by the payment processor.
• Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once issued. -
Reprint Method:
For approved reprints, Mango Mustache will cover the production cost. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if your order’s address needs correction.
2. Mango Mustache Event Ticket Policy
Effective Date: Feb 1, 2023
Mango Mustache event tickets (e.g., festival passes, special event admissions) are non-refundable. Please review the policy below for details on exceptions and contact procedures.
2.1. Non-Refundable Nature

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstance (including inclement weather, personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances).
2.2. Exceptional Circumstances

Cancellations or Rescheduled Dates:
In the rare case that Mango Mustache cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will receive an email notification with one of the following options (as outlined in the event’s terms at the time of purchase):
• Transfer to Rescheduled Date: Your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
• Partial Credit: A percentage refund or credit toward a future Mango Mustache event, as determined by the specific event promoter.
• Full Credit: In some situations, a full credit toward a future Mango Mustache event may be offered.
Exact terms will vary by event; please refer to your ticket confirmation email or event webpage. -
Individual Refund Requests:
If you experience an extenuating circumstance (e.g., serious illness or emergency) that prevents you from attending, you may submit a written request to info@mangomustache.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; approval is not guaranteed.
2.3. Transfer & Resale

Ticket Transfer:
Most Mango Mustache event tickets may be transferred to another person but are subject to event-specific transfer fees (if any). Check your ticket’s terms and conditions for details. -
Ticket Resale:
Tickets may be sold only at face value on approved resale platforms (e.g., the official event resale portal). Reselling tickets above face value is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
3. Shipping Policy

Mango Mustache partners with Printify for on-demand production and global fulfillment. This section outlines shipping methods, estimated delivery times, fees, and tracking procedures. By placing an order, you consent to the terms below.
3.1. Production & Fulfillment

On-Demand Production:
All Mango Mustache merchandise is custom-printed once you place an order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on product type and Printify’s production queue. -
Printify Manufacturing Locations:
Printify works with vetted print providers around the world. Your item may ship from different facilities based on product type and destination. This helps reduce overall delivery time and shipping costs.
3.2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

Domestic (U.S.):
• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after production.
• Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days after production (where available). -
International:
• Standard International Shipping: Estimated 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination country and customs clearance.
• Expedited International Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days after production (where available). -
Shipping Partners:
Depending on origin and destination, Printify may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal services.
3.3. Shipping Rates & Fees

Calculated at Checkout:
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. -
Free Shipping Promotions:
Occasionally, Mango Mustache may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders. Eligibility and details will be clearly indicated on our website.
3.4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also log into your Mango Mustache account (if you created one) to view order status.

Delivery estimates provided by Printify/print provider and the carrier are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.
3.5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to Mango Mustache due to an incorrect address, you must email info@mangomustache.com within 7 days of the original delivery attempt to arrange reshipment or refund.
• Reshipment Fee: If reprinting is required, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
• Refund: You may opt for a partial refund (minus original shipping fees).
3.6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

Mango Mustache and Printify are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
