SIGN UP TO BECOME A VENDER AT THE 7TH ANNUAL FARM FRESH REGGAE MUSIC + ARTS FESTIVAL!
The event team is delighted to offer space for venders. Please complete this application in full. Applications MUST be received by June 30th, 2025. Vender selections will be made by July 7th, 2025.
Event Location: Troy's Farm | 838 Bolton Manor Rd. Springville, IA 52336.
Event Dates: Fri. Sept. 19th & Sat. Sept 20st, 2025
Vender Load-In Date/Time: Fri. Sept. 19th / 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Preferred Hours of Operation: We ask venders to be open Friday & Saturday. Preferred hours of operation are 12:00pm-12:00am both days. You may be open outside of these hours as attendees will have access to the vender area 24 hours during the two-day event. Our Vender Coordinator will be on site to assist with setup on Friday and throughout the festival.
Vender Load-Out Date/Time: Sun. Sept. 21st / 7:00 am-12:00 pm
CRAFT VENDING FEE: $250 ($50 deposit upon acceptance, in-full payment deadline July 31, 2025)
FOOD VENDING FEE: $300 ($100 deposit upon acceptance, in-full payment deadline July 31, 2025)
Passes Included: Each vending booth will include (2) weekend passes. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate. If you need more than 2, please indicate that in the additional requests below.
Electricity: Electricity may be provided for vender booths (for lights only).
Location: We reserve the right to determine vender location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product, or attraction. Vender location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason at Vender Coordinator's discretion.
Camping: Venders will be allotted tickets for the event along with free camping. Additional vender passes can be purchased at a discounted rate. All additional passes must be purchased by the in-full payment deadline (July 31, 2025). Security provided during all hours of the event.
Permits & Licenses: All venders are responsible for obtaining permits, inspections, insurance, licenses and any other requirements to legally operate. All food booths are required by the fire marshal to have fire extinguishers.
Vender Guidelines: NO DOGS ON SITE - this will be firmly enforced. Booth frontage is 15ft. Additional frontage is available for an additional fee. Extra booth frontage must be requested in your application.
Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail and/or phone of your acceptance. Your vending spot is not reserved until deposit has been collected.
The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.
